A red aggressive deck focused on dealing damage quickly would benefit from using Turn to Slag to efficiently remove threats while also getting rid of any Equipment that could potentially boost the opponent's creatures. However, there are better options like Lightning Bolt or Roast that offer more versatility and efficiency in dealing with threats, making Turn to Slag less optimal for competitive play in most cases.
