A deck that focuses on banishing monsters and has ways to easily Special Summon them would benefit from using Different Dimension Encounter, such as a Chaos or Lightsworn deck. While this card can be situationally useful, there are better options available like Dimensional Fissure or Macro Cosmos which can continuously banish monsters and disrupt your opponent's plays more consistently. Different Dimension Encounter could be a fun tech choice in specific decks, but may not see widespread play in competitive settings due to its situational nature and the availability of more powerful banishing cards.
