Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer, Legendary creature — human rogue, designed by Todd Lockwood first released in Feb, 2009 in the set Conflux and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 1.37.
A deck focused on control and manipulation would benefit from including Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer, as it provides a way to neutralize opponent's creatures while drawing cards. However, in a competitive setting, cards like Teferi, Time Raveler or Teferi, Hero of Dominaria might be more effective due to their broader utility and stronger impact on the game. Gwafa Hazid could see play in more casual or theme-based decks where its unique ability can shine.

If Gwafa Hazid leaves the battlefield, any bribery counters will remain where they are. However, without a Gwafa Hazid on the battlefield, creatures with bribery counters on them can attack and block as normal. If another Gwafa Hazid enters the battlefield, its ability will affect all creatures with bribery counters on them, including the ones that received counters from a different Gwafa Hazid.
