This card would benefit a deck that focuses on drawing and keeping a large hand size, such as a control or combo deck. While Manifestation Sage has potential in such a strategy, there are possibly better options like Hydroid Krasis, which not only provides card draw and life gain but also has a significant impact on the board when it enters. Whether Manifestation Sage should see play would depend on the specific synergies and strategies of the deck it's included in.
