A deck centered around Tribute Summoning powerful monsters, such as a Monarch or a True Draco deck, would greatly benefit from using March of the Monarchs. However, there are better alternatives like The Monarchs Erupt which not only protects Tribute Summoned monsters but also disrupts the opponent's plays. March of the Monarchs could see play in specific decks that heavily rely on Tribute Summoning and need protection, but overall, it may not be as versatile or impactful as other options available in the current metagame.
