A deck focused on graveyard recursion and low-cost creatures would benefit from including Midnight Scavengers in Magic: the Gathering. While Midnight Scavengers offers a decent value by returning a creature card from the graveyard to the hand, there are potentially better options available, such as Gravedigger, which offers a similar effect for a lower cost. Whether Midnight Scavengers should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it's being considered for.
