About Nature's Panoply

Nature's Panoply, Instant, designed by John Avon first released in May, 2014 in the set Journey into Nyx. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.62.

This card, Nature's Panoply, would benefit a deck focused on creature-heavy strategies, particularly one that aims to go wide with multiple creatures on the battlefield. It can be a powerful tool to boost the power of multiple creatures at once, especially in token-based decks or decks with many small creatures. However, there are other cards like Inspiring Call that provide similar effects at a more efficient cost, making them potentially better options depending on the deck's strategy. Nature's Panoply could still see play in specific decks looking for additional ways to pump up their creatures, but its mana cost and strive mechanic may limit its overall effectiveness compared to other options.

Rules

04/26/14

If a spell or ability allows you to cast a strive spell without paying its mana cost, you must pay the additional costs for any targets beyond the first.

04/26/14

If all of the spell’s targets are illegal when the spell tries to resolve, it won’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. If one or more of its targets are legal when it tries to resolve, the spell will resolve and affect only those legal targets. It will have no effect on any illegal targets.

04/26/14

You choose how many targets each spell with a strive ability has and what those targets are as you cast it. It’s legal to cast such a spell with no targets, although this is rarely a good idea. You can’t choose the same target more than once for a single strive spell.
