While it provides valuable insight into both decks, there are better cards like Pot of Greed or Pot of Duality that offer more immediate advantages in terms of card advantage or deck consistency. Prescience could see play in a niche strategy that heavily relies on predicting and countering the opponent's moves, but in most cases, other cards would be more effective in competitive play.
