A red aggressive or burn deck would benefit from using Incendiary Command due to its versatility in dealing damage, disrupting opponents' hands, and potentially drawing cards. However, there are arguably better options like Anger of the Gods or Blasphemous Act for board control, and Wheel of Fortune for hand disruption and card draw.
