Orator of Ojutai, Creature — bird monk, designed by David Gaillet first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.32.
This card would benefit a control deck that focuses on dragons, as it provides card advantage and a solid defensive option. While Orator of Ojutai is a decent inclusion in such a deck, there are better options like Thunderbreak Regent or Stormbreath Dragon that offer more impactful abilities and threats. However, if the deck is looking for additional card draw and defensive options, Orator of Ojutai could still see play in certain dragon-themed strategies.

If one of these spells is copied, the controller of the copy will get the “Dragon bonus” only if a Dragon card was revealed as an additional cost. The copy wasn’t cast, so whether you controlled a Dragon won’t matter.

If you don’t reveal a Dragon card from your hand, you must control a Dragon as you are finished casting the spell to get the bonus. For example, if you lose control of your only Dragon while casting the spell (because, for example, you sacrificed it to activate a mana ability), you won’t get the bonus.
