About Past Image

A deck that focuses on Psychic-Type monsters, such as a Psychic-Type archetype deck, would benefit from using Past Image in their strategy. While Past Image provides a temporary removal of an opponent's monster, there are potentially better trap cards available in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG that offer more permanent removal or additional benefits upon activation, such as Solemn Strike or Torrential Tribute.
