A deck that focuses on swarming the field with multiple high-ATK monsters would benefit from using Riryoku, as it allows for strategic manipulation of ATK points to gain an advantage in battle. However, there are better cards like Creature Swap or Enemy Controller that offer more versatile effects and control over the field, making them more popular choices in competitive play. While Riryoku can be situationally useful, its limited scope may not justify its inclusion in most decks.
