A red aggressive deck focused on attacking with ground creatures would benefit from including Seismic Stomp in their strategy, as it ensures that their opponents' creatures without flying can't block, allowing for more effective attacks. While there may be better options such as Pyroclasm for board control or Lightning Bolt for direct damage, Seismic Stomp could be situationally useful in a deck aiming for quick aggression and should see play as a sideboard option against decks with heavy ground blockers.

No creature without flying will be able to block that turn, including creatures that lose flying after Seismic Stomp resolves and creatures without flying that enter the battlefield after Seismic Stomp resolves.
