Elite Skirmisher, Creature — human soldier, designed by Mark Winters first released in Feb, 2014 in the set Born of the Gods and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.06.
The Elite Skirmisher would fit well in a white aggressive deck that focuses on targeting its own creatures with spells to gain additional value. However, there are more efficient cards that offer similar effects, such as Deputy of Detention or Reflector Mage, which provide more impactful abilities. While Elite Skirmisher may have niche applications, it may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
