This card, Energy Arc, would benefit a deck focused on creature-heavy strategies, such as a white-blue aggro or tempo deck. It can be particularly useful in situations where you need to protect your creatures from combat damage while also allowing them to untap for additional attacks or defense. While Energy Arc is a solid choice for such decks, a potentially better alternative could be the card Eerie Interlude, which not only protects your creatures from combat damage but also saves them from removal spells or board wipes.
