Fire Urchin would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck focused on casting instant and sorcery spells, benefiting from its trample ability and the potential to grow in power with each spell cast. However, for a more competitive edge, cards like Monastery Swiftspear or Soul-Scar Mage might be better choices due to their lower mana cost and consistent ability to grow in power, making Fire Urchin a less optimal choice for competitive play but still a fun and flavorful option for casual decks.
