However, there are better options like Urza's Incubator which reduces the cost of Eldrazi spells by {2}. Whether Herald of Kozilek should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could definitely be a valuable inclusion for reducing the overall mana cost of colorless spells.
