However, there are better options available such as Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo which not only prevents Special Summons but also has a similar effect of destroying a monster upon Flip Summon. While Medusa Worm can be a decent choice in certain situations, it may not be the most optimal card to include in competitive play due to its limited utility compared to other available options.
