This card would be beneficial in a Chronomaly deck that focuses on quickly summoning high-level monsters from the Graveyard to gain field advantage. While Chronomaly Winged Sphinx has its advantages, a better alternative could be Chronomaly Crystal Skull, which can search for any Chronomaly card when Normal Summoned, providing more versatility and consistency to the deck. However, Chronomaly Winged Sphinx could still see play in certain situations where Graveyard recursion is crucial for the deck strategy.
