Cloudy Skies of Grey, Adrian gecko skill card, designed by Konami first released in May, 2023 in the set Speed Duel GX: Duelists of Shadows.
This card, Cloudy Skies of Grey, would benefit a Cloudian archetype deck in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG due to its synergy with Fog Counters and the ability to transfer them to other monsters upon destruction. While it can be a useful support card in a Cloudian deck, there are potentially better options available such as Storm Dragon's Return which allows for Fog Counters to be placed on Cloudian monsters without them being destroyed, providing more consistent support. Ultimately, Cloudy Skies of Grey could see play in a Cloudian deck as a situational tech card, but may not be a staple due to the availability of stronger alternatives.
