Song of the Worldsoul, Enchantment, designed by Torstein Nordstrand first released in Aug, 2019 in the set Commander 2019. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 36.84.
This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on creating and utilizing creature tokens, such as a Selesnya Tokens deck in Magic: the Gathering. While Song of the Worldsoul can generate additional value by creating more tokens whenever a spell is cast, there are potentially better options like Parallel Lives or Anointed Procession, which directly double the number of tokens created without the need to cast spells. Song of the Worldsoul could see play in a more spell-heavy token deck, but it may not be as efficient as other token-doubling enchantments available.

Song of the Worldsoul’s ability will resolve before the spell that caused it to trigger but after targets have been chosen for that spell. It resolves even if that spell is countered.
