Tourach's Canticle, Sorcery, designed by Bastien L. Deharme first released in May, 2021 in the set Modern Horizons 2 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 2.37.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and resources, such as a discard or control deck, would benefit from including Tourach's Canticle. While it can be a useful tool for hand disruption, there are more efficient and powerful options available, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which offer more immediate and targeted hand disruption effects. Tourach's Canticle may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its higher mana cost and random discard effect, but it could still have a place in more casual or budget decks looking to disrupt the opponent's hand.
