This card, Wind Sail, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies or aims to close out the game quickly by giving key creatures evasion. While Wind Sail is a decent option for granting flying temporarily, there are more efficient cards like Favorable Winds or Gravitational Shift that provide a more permanent and impactful flying ability to all your creatures. Wind Sail could see play in certain budget or limited environments where access to better alternatives is limited, but in more competitive settings, it may not be the optimal choice.
