About The Chronicles Deck: Spirit Charmers

The Chronicles Deck: Spirit Charmers is the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG product. This new Structure Deck is already out, as it was released on January 23rd, 2026, and was inspired by some iconic Elemental Spellcasters that became staples in the game through their link monsters.

The Chronicles Deck: Spirit Charmers includes the main characters, places, and situations in the Spirit Charmers arc in the animated show Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game The Chronicles.

Bonus Cards - New

Spellbook of the Grand Circle

Spellbook of the Grand Circle is a great support card for this archetype, as it is a ROTA that can put 4 Charmers with different Attributes from your deck, graveyard, or banishment zone in your hand.

Furthermore, if you banish it from the graveyard, you can fusion summon something and use a Charmer or Familiar-Possessed monster from your hand or your board. Please note that your opponent also can't activate cards or effects when you fusion summon a monster through this card's effect.

Charmers of the Grand Circle

Charmers of the Grand Circle is the first extra deck monster in the non-link archetype. It has 4 effects, and you can use one for each different original Attribute you used when you fusion summoned it.

These are the four effects: this card gains 800 ATK, add 1 Possessed spell or trap to your hand from your deck, return 1 card in play to the hand, and special summon 1 Spellcaster monster from your graveyard.

The best thing about it is that you can pick the same effect more than once. You'll also have to resolve each effect before you pick again.

So, Charmers of the Grand Circle is excellent in this deck because it is incredibly versatile.

Is The Chronicles Deck: Spirit Charmers Worth It?

I believe this Structure Deck isn't that interesting unless you're a collector or really enjoy the featured archetype.

Like all Structure Decks, you'll need to get 3 copies of it to build a consistent deck. The Charmer archetype itself doesn't have a lot of potential competitively, but it is fun for casual matches.

This product does come with good staples, like Lord of the Heavenly Prison; Dark Ruler No More; Angel Statue - Azurune; The Zombie Vampire; Silhouhatte Rabbit; Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians; Accesscode Talker.

However, none of these staples are relevant enough to justify investing money on this deck.

Furthermore, The Chronicles Deck: Spirit Charmers stands out mostly because it will reprint some Horus cards: Imsety, Glory of Horus; Duamutef, Blessing of Horus; Hapi, Guidance of Horus; Qebehsenuef, Protection of Horus; King's Sarcophagus.
