A deck that focuses on controlling the opponent's board and gaining incremental life advantage would benefit from including Blind Obedience. While it can be a useful tool in a white-based control or midrange deck, there are potentially better options such as Authority of the Consuls or Thalia, Guardian of Thraben depending on the specific strategy and meta. Blind Obedience could see play in certain metagames where slowing down the opponent's tempo and gaining life are valuable, but its effectiveness may vary depending on the overall deck composition and game plan.
