A deck focused on a pirate tribal theme in a blue-based control strategy would benefit from including Dreamcaller Siren, as it provides disruption and tempo advantage with its tapping ability. While there may be better options for specific strategies, such as Brazen Borrower for more versatile interaction, Dreamcaller Siren could still see play in the right deck as a situational but impactful card.

Dreamcaller Siren’s last ability won’t trigger if you don’t control another Pirate as it enters the battlefield. If you lose control of each other Pirate before that ability resolves, it won’t do anything.
