Flying Carpet, Artifact, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 12 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.49.
This Flying Carpet card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies or has creatures with powerful abilities that are enhanced by flying, such as evasive creatures or creatures with strong combat triggers. While Flying Carpet can provide temporary flying to a creature, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as cards like Aerial Modification or Favorable Winds, which provide more permanent and impactful flying abilities. Flying Carpet may not see much play in competitive decks due to its temporary nature and higher cost compared to other more efficient flying enablers.
