Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; add to your hand or Special Summon, 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
