Masako the Humorless would be a valuable addition to a White Weenie or Aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, allowing tapped creatures to block as though they were untapped can provide a significant advantage in combat situations. However, there are better options available, such as Brave the Elements or Always Watching, which offer more versatile and powerful effects for a similar cost. While Masako the Humorless has potential in certain situations, it may not see widespread play due to the availability of stronger alternatives.

Masako allows tapped creatures to block only if they could otherwise block. It doesn’t allow creatures that “can’t block” to block, nonflying creatures to block fliers, etc.
