A deck focused on controlling the board and maintaining tempo would benefit from including Perpetual Flame, as it provides consistent removal for enemy minions. While there may be better removal options available, such as Lightning Storm for AoE damage, Perpetual Flame's potential for multiple triggers can be powerful in the right situation. Its Overload cost should be considered when planning out mana usage, but with the right support and strategy, this card could certainly see play in a Shaman deck aiming for board control.
