Turn to Frog, Instant, designed by Warren Mahy first released in Jul, 2011 in the set Magic 2012 and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.16.

A control deck that aims to disrupt opponent's key creatures or abilities would benefit from using Turn to Frog in Magic: the Gathering. While Turn to Frog is a solid card for temporarily neutering threats, there are better options like Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile which exile the creature entirely. Turn to Frog could see play in specific metagames where creatures with problematic abilities need to be neutralized rather than permanently removed.

Effects that modify a creature’s power and/or toughness, such as the effect of Titanic Growth, will apply to the creature no matter when they started to take effect. The same is true for any counters that change its power and/or toughness and effects that switch its power and toughness.

Turn to Frog doesn’t counter abilities that have already triggered or been activated. In particular, there is no way to cast this spell to stop a creature’s ability that says “At the beginning of your upkeep,” “When this creature enters the battlefield,” or similar from triggering.
