Bottle of Suleiman, Artifact, designed by Jesper Myrfors first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 9 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 8.52.
A deck that focuses on high-risk, high-reward strategies or has ways to manipulate coin flips, such as cards that allow you to choose the outcome, would benefit from using Bottle of Suleiman. However, there are better cards with similar effects that offer more consistent results, like Krark's Thumb or Fiery Gambit, making Bottle of Suleiman less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
