A deck that focuses on ground-based creatures and aims to disrupt opponents' flying creatures would benefit from including Crosswinds. However, there are more versatile options like Hurricane or Whirlwind that can deal direct damage to flying creatures as well. Crosswinds could see play in specific metas where flying creatures are prevalent, but overall, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other options available.
