About Desert Locusts

Desert Locusts, Insect synchro tuner monster, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set 2020 Tin of Lost Memories Mega Pack. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.50.

This card would benefit a deck that focuses on Synchro Summoning and disrupting the opponent's hand. Decks that can easily generate multiple monsters on the field would make good use of Desert Locusts' effect to Synchro Summon during the opponent's Main Phase. However, there are more versatile and powerful Synchro monsters available in the game, such as Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, which offers more impactful effects upon summon and is generally considered a better option for competitive play. Desert Locusts could see play in more casual or themed decks that specifically benefit from its unique effect.
