A deck that focuses on FIRE attribute monsters, such as a Pyro or Salamangreat deck, would benefit from using Little Chimera due to its ATK-boosting effect for FIRE monsters. However, there are better cards like Fire Formation - Tenki that can search for FIRE monsters and provide a consistent ATK boost without the drawback of reducing the ATK of WATER monsters. While Little Chimera can be situationally useful, it may not be a top priority for competitive play compared to more versatile and powerful cards available.
