The Look Skyward and Despair Scheme card would benefit a deck focused on creating high-power creatures quickly, especially in a red-aligned strategy built around aggressive playstyles and big creature threats. While this card can provide a powerful 5/5 flying Dragon token, there may be better options available such as Thundermaw Hellkite which has haste and can immediately affect the battlefield. Look Skyward and Despair could see play in certain deck archetypes, but it may not be a top-tier choice compared to other options available in Magic: The Gathering.
