A deck focused on Rank 8 Dragon Xyz monsters, such as Blue-Eyes or Galaxy-Eyes decks, would benefit greatly from using Revelation of Hope to quickly summon powerful monsters from the Extra Deck. While this card offers a specific and efficient method of summoning Rank 8 Dragons, there may be better options available depending on the strategy of the deck, such as Trade-In for draw power or Return of the Dragon Lords for protection and revival. Overall, Revelation of Hope can be a strong addition to the right deck but may not see play in every Dragon-focused strategy.
