This card, Hysteric Party, would greatly benefit a Harpie deck by allowing for quick and easy Special Summons of multiple Harpie Lady monsters from the Graveyard. While it can provide a powerful field presence, it does come with the drawback of destroying those monsters when the card leaves the field. However, considering its synergy with Harpie strategies, it could still see play in the right deck. As for better alternatives, Harpie's Feather Storm offers a more versatile and powerful effect by negating your opponent's monster effects, making it a potentially superior choice in certain situations.
