Destiny HERO - Dogma would benefit a deck focused on quickly swarming the field with multiple monsters, particularly Destiny HERO monsters, to enable its Special Summoning condition. While its effect of halving the opponent's LP can be powerful, the high cost of 8 ygo-dark and the requirement of specific tributes make it less versatile than other cards like Destiny HERO - Plasma, which can also control the opponent's monsters. In competitive play, Dogma may not see as much use due to its high cost and specific summoning conditions, but in a dedicated Destiny HERO deck, it could still find a niche use for its unique effect.
