This card, Number 97: Draglubion, would greatly benefit Dragon-based decks that focus on summoning powerful Xyz monsters. While it has a strong effect that allows for the Special Summon of Dragon Number monsters, its restriction on Special Summons and attacks for the turn can be a drawback.
