A deck focused on a Spirit tribal theme in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from including Torii Watchward, as it offers both vigilance and a Soulshift ability that can recur other Spirit cards from the graveyard. While there may be better options for specific strategies, such as Hikari, Twilight Guardian for a more aggressive approach or Elder Pine of Jukai for additional card advantage, Torii Watchward could still see play in a Spirit-focused deck looking to maintain board presence and value through recursion.
