Treetop Village, Land, designed by Anthony S. Waters first released in Feb, 1999 in the set Urza's Legacy and was printed exactly in 16 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 6.01.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature-based combat would benefit from using Treetop Village, as it provides additional threat potential and can surprise opponents with its ability to become a 3/3 trampling creature. While there may be better options for mana fixing or creature lands in certain situations, Treetop Village's versatility and potential for damage output make it a strong contender for inclusion in decks that prioritize creature combat.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
