A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and wants to disrupt their opponent's mana base would benefit from using Devastating Dreams, as it can help clear the board of creatures and disrupt their opponent's lands. However, there are better options like Burning of Xinye or Wildfire which have a similar effect but are more efficient in terms of mana cost and overall impact on the game. Devastating Dreams could see play in certain niche strategies, but overall, there are more powerful and efficient options available in the same archetype.
