A deck that focuses on high-Level monsters and Ritual Summoning would benefit from including Novox's Prayer in their strategy, especially if they have ways to easily generate or search for the necessary monsters for the Tribute. While Novox's Prayer is a classic card for Ritual Summoning Skull Guardian, there are more efficient and versatile Ritual Spell cards available in the game now, such as Advanced Ritual Art or Pre-Preparation of Rites, which offer more flexibility and consistency in Ritual Summoning plays. Novox's Prayer may still see play in casual or themed decks for nostalgia or specific strategies, but for competitive play, other Ritual Spell cards are generally preferred.
