Stir the Sands, Sorcery, designed by David Gaillet first released in Apr, 2017 in the set Amonkhet and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.82.
Stir the Sands would be beneficial in a zombie tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it helps to create multiple zombie tokens and has the additional benefit of cycling to draw a card and create another token. While it may not be the most powerful option available, it can still be a solid inclusion in a deck focused on zombie synergy. Other cards like Liliana's Mastery or Endless Ranks of the Dead may provide more impactful effects, but Stir the Sands could still see play in the right deck for its versatility and token generation.

Some cards with cycling have an ability that triggers when you cycle them. These triggered abilities resolve before you draw from the cycling ability.

You can cycle a card even if it has a triggered ability from cycling that won’t have a legal target. This is because the cycling ability and the triggered ability are separate. This also means that if either ability doesn’t resolve (due to being countered with Disallow, for example, or if the triggered ability’s targets have become illegal), the other ability will still resolve.
