Time Spiral, Sorcery, designed by Michael Sutfin first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 1637.45.
A deck that focuses on card advantage and mana ramp, such as a control or combo deck, would benefit from using Time Spiral to refill their hand and untap lands for additional plays. While Time Spiral can be a powerful card in the right deck, there are better options like Time Warp or Nexus of Fate that provide similar effects with less setup or restrictions, making them more efficient choices for competitive play.

You choose which lands to untap as the spell resolves. They aren’t targeted, and they don’t have to be lands that you control.
