About Call of the Haunted (Skill Card)

Call of the Haunted (Skill Card), Bonz skill card, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set Speed Duel: Arena of Lost Souls.

This skill card, Call of the Haunted, would benefit decks that rely on graveyard recursion and swarming strategies, such as Zombie or Dark Magician decks. While it provides a quick way to revive a monster, its drawback of drawing one less card at the beginning of the Duel can be significant. There are better alternatives like Monster Reborn, which does not have the drawback of drawing less cards and can target any monster in the GY, making it a more versatile and powerful choice. Call of the Haunted may see play in specific decks that can capitalize on its unique effect, but overall, Monster Reborn is a stronger and more widely used option in competitive play.
