Return is a valuable card for control-oriented decks in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, especially those focused on disrupting the opponent's graveyard recursion strategies. Decks that rely on graveyard interactions, such as Zombie or Infernoid decks, can benefit greatly from Return as it hinders their ability to recycle key cards. While Return is a solid option, a potentially better alternative could be Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure, which banish cards instead of shuffling them back into the deck, providing more permanent disruption. Overall, Return can be a useful side deck option in specific matchups but may not be a staple in every deck due to the availability of stronger graveyard disruption cards.
