The Treaty on Uniform Nomenclature card would be particularly beneficial in decks that focus on summoning multiple copies of the same monster, such as Mystic Mine or Dino decks, where cards like Ultimate Conductor Tyranno or Dinosaur monsters can easily fill the field with duplicates.
