Gray Wing would be beneficial in a Wind attribute focused deck that aims to swarm the field with Dragon monsters and capitalize on multiple attacks during the Battle Phase. While Gray Wing's effect allows for double attacks, its cost of discarding a card may hinder consistency. A better alternative could be Dragunity Arma Gram which not only has a similar effect but also provides additional support for Dragon-type monsters. Overall, Gray Wing could see play in a casual Dragon-themed deck, but for more competitive play, other options may be more effective.
